Create your free VISOA account
VISOA (Vancouver Island Strata Owners Association) gives you expert strata support, resources, and a help line. Sapperton Living's strata is a corporate member, so your account is free.
You'll need this
Tip: use a stable personal email and note it down — if you're on council or managing the strata, VISOA needs that email to upgrade your account from “owner” to a strata manager.
1. Go to VISOA & start a profile
Open visoa.bc.ca/member-login and click “Create a profile.”
2. Enter your strata plan number
When asked for the strata plan, enter your plan number (copy it below).
3. Choose the free corporate option
You'll see: “This strata corporation is a Corporate member… create a free account under this strata's corporate membership?” Choose “Create a profile for free under the strata corporation's membership.”
4. Answer the security question
VISOA will ask a security question set up for your strata. Enter the answer below.
5. You're in
Your profile is created — you can now access member resources, the strata support form, and phone support.
